Small, inefficient and unusable. Thats how we describe this bathroom, not to mention the rundown laundry and powder room.

Closely working with the client, before we picked up any tools, we worked on how best this bathroom would suit their lifestyle. We got to the drawing board and designed a couple different layouts on how it might look. Opting for the wetroom this moody bathroom would soon become the centrepiece of the home. Twin basin sitting on top of custom messmate joinery with matching shaving cabinet, hidden powerpoints and heated flooring controller. We were able to articulate everything the client had envisioned, maximising the space with a large 1700 freestanding bath sitting beyond a frameless shower screen panel with a soften radius. Not long after we started, the client felt we needed to attend to the laundry and powder room, understanding we were on a tight schedule, we were able to come up with a design for custom laundry joinery to suit the space. We gutted the existing to create a blank space and to help our trades install all our new services. Replacing old timber windows with new aluminium frame windows help to provide better natural lighting.
